For qualifying residential insurance claims, we may apply up to $1,500 toward your deductible to ease the burden during a difficult time.

Deductible assistance is a courtesy credit from American Bio Management and is never billed to insurance.
What to Expect

- On-site assessment. We determine safety protocols, materials, and labor in line with OSHA/EPA guidance and the ANSI/IICRC S540 trauma & crime-scene standard, as applicable to conditions encountered.
- Transparent estimate. We review each line item, outline potential billing paths, and identify factors that may fall outside typical insurance coverage. Final coverage determinations are made solely by your insurer.
- Insurance coordination. We provide complete documentation and photo records andโwhere permittedโsubmit invoices directly to carriers. We do not adjust, interpret, or determine coverage decisions. Learn more about our insurance coordination.

Financial assistanceโincluding deductible support, sliding-scale adjustments, or pro bono serviceโis reviewed case-by-case. Availability varies by job type, policy terms, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Assistance cannot override insurer decisions, exclusions, or coverage limits.
In limited circumstances, American Bio Management may, at its sole discretion, provide services at reduced or no cost as a charitable contribution to families in need. This is offered only when no applicable insurance coverage is available and the family demonstrates limited financial resources. Such assistance is documented separately as a goodwill donation and is non-precedential.
Financial assistance applies only to the remediation phase (cleanup, decontamination, hazard removal). It does not apply to reconstruction, repair, or rebuilding, which remain the responsibility of the property owner or insurer.
Standards & Compliance
- Work is performed in substantial compliance with applicable OSHA and EPA requirements and the ANSI/IICRC standards of care (including S540 for trauma and crime-scene work), as applicable.
- Procedures may vary based on site conditions, materials encountered, and safety considerations.
- Documentation (photos and service reports) is created for safety, quality, and insurance submission purposes.
- American Bio Management is not a public adjuster and does not make coverage determinations.
Service Terms (Summary)
Scope of Services
American Bio Management provides biohazard remediation servicesโwhich may include cleanup, decontamination, and removal of hazardous materials. These services apply only to remediation. Reconstruction, repair, or rebuilding are not included and remain the responsibility of the property owner or insurer. See biohazard cleanup services and trauma site cleanup for details.
Estimates & Billing
We provide a transparent estimate before work begins. Estimates reflect observed conditions and may be adjusted if additional hazards are identified. Unless otherwise documented in writing, invoices are billed at our usual and customary rates.
Insurance Coordination
Where permitted, we submit invoices and documentation directly to insurance carriers. We are not insurance adjusters and do not make coverage decisions. The customer remains financially responsible for any amounts not paid by insurance, including deductibles, exclusions, and uncovered services. Learn more about how we work with insurance.
Limitation of Liability
American Bio Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use, income, or diminution in value), or for delays caused by insurer decisions.
Payment Responsibility
Payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts not paid within 10 calendar days of the invoice date may be subject to interest, lien filings, or legal action to recover outstanding balances. The customer remains ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance outcome.
